Charm of Noodles: Exploring Noodle Culture
Noodles go more than just a food stuff; it has had international comfort and serves to depict an icon of culture with also acting as a background upon which the culinary has exercised itself. From slender threads of Japanese soba to egg noodles of the pasta, noodle cultures appear different and divergent into various forms, flavors and traditions which are totally odd yet interesting.

Egg Noodles. Egg noodles are usually pretty oily and mushy in much of European and Asian cooking. This product comes packaged many ways but perhaps most often is used as an ingredient in stroganoff or ramen preparation.
Many in hearts place the noodles on high places where their reflection reflects long life along with prosperity longevity. There is a Chinese traditional saying wherein these noodles supposedly have its length consumed on a birthday celebration only or on some occasion as it tells the people a man might spend much more time after those words were spoken. Soba is very often used during the eve of New Year among the Japanese folk since they claim for good fortune.

Pasta in “la dolce vita” is all about Italian traditions of gatherings, families and communal foods.
